Coaching helps you explore your potential, and overcome the obstacles that hold you back. Coaching provides both support and challenges. It is particularly useful when you are facing:
Career or life changes: coaching can help you navigate these transitions more successfully.
Changes to performance or behavior: sometimes change doesn’t come, even when you have the right drive. Coaching can help you to work on your motivation to address differently your performance or behavior.
Life setbacks: coaching can help you improve your work-life balance or deal with stress.
Coaching with me consists in a series of meetings (in person or virtually) between you and me to work together on your goal. I’ll customize the process based on your agenda and use tools to explore the situation and the options with you.
