Why are there people that are willing to change but can not when it is a matter of their health, maybe even in a life or death situation? We may be able to apply a temporary “band-aid”, but we can not get a real long-term change regardless how persistent we are, how much money we put into it, or how much we actually want the change to occur.
On the opposite end, there is evidence where change works out perfectly; almost like an “AHA moment” when you realize what you need to do and you are actually surprised that it took you so long to accomplish it.
Coaching is a great tool to walk you through this change, and to reframe your change with your purpose.
